The task was to design packaging that visually aligns with the brand's sport-centric identity and effectively communicates its commitment to fitness. The challenge was to create a design that embodies the brand’s energy and dynamic nature, while also being cost-effective and transit-friendly. It had to be sturdy enough to withstand shipping, yet simple and practical to produce, ensuring both functionality and brand consistency across all stages of delivery and display.

The design was crafted into a unique shape that, upon unboxing, transforms into a form resembling a dumbbell, effectively aligning with the brand's ideology and messaging. To optimize shipping efficiency, the volumetric weight was kept to a minimum. The packaging was made from Kappa board material, ensuring both a premium feel and sturdy construction, striking a balance between quality and durability.
